City of Melbourne

The Greenline Project

PCMG was appointed for the Greenline Project, north of the Birrarung / Yarra River. It will become Melbourne’s largest green space and is a 4km stretch of interconnecting promenades, parks and open spaces. 

Department of Health & Human Services & Echuca Regional Health

Echuca Cancer & Wellness Centre

Cost planning services was provided to a state-of-the-art   treatment spaces, offering Medical Day Treatment Units, Chemotherapy/Haemodialysis Treatment Chairs, Medical Oncology, Specialist Nurses support for McGrath Breast, Prostate and Cancer Care nurses, access to Allied Health and clinical Trails collaboration with Bendigo Health.  

Department of Families, Fairness & Housing & Homes Victoria

Homes for Homeless Victorians During Pandemic and Beyond Projects

PCMG were engaged to provide cost advisory & cost managements services for the Department of Families, Fairness & Housing & Homes Victoria for the 1,000 homes program. This began 17 October 2018 and completed early 2024. The Program comprises of 10 stages and these sites are located across both metropolitan and regional part of Victoria. 

City of Melbourne

University Square

PCMG is the Quantity Surveyors for more than 2,500m2 of public open space in the heart of Melbourne. Greenery works includes new garden beds, lawns, 41% of tree cover, public and street amenities for recreation and social activities. The project is adjoining to the newly constructed Parkville Station and works has commenced. 

Baw Baw Shire Council

Baw Baw Culture and Connection Precinct, Warrugal

The team as provided value management & cost advisory services for the multi-level facility, featuring a new community library, marker’s space, video gaming, reading and study areas, Creative and cultural spaces, Community meeting rooms, Consulting rooms, Co-working spaces, Public terrace area, Public amenities such as parents Changing Places, Plaza, Service Infrastructure Upgrades, Works, associated external works and pedestrian connections to the West Gippsland Art Centre.  

Department Of Primary Industries

MAFRI The Queenscliff Centre

Our team is part of an Awarding Winning $20m facility located on a bridge land linking the town of Queenscliff and with the Bellarine Peninsula. The site is in close proximity and overlooks the designated World Heritage Marine Park.

Victorian School Building Authority & Bayside City Council

Bayside Sports Centre, Sandringham

PCMG was appointed to provide quantity surveying services for Bayside City Council & VSBA. The project involve the construction of new sport centre, internal and external courts, meeting rooms, sport equipment, amenities and associated external works.

Bendigo Kangan Institute TAFE & Dhelkaya Health

Community Health and Learning Hub

Our team provided full cost management services for the new Community Health and Learning Hub in Castlemaine. The new facility is within a existing wing of the hospital for on-site training featuring hospital, aged care and home care learning spaces to support graduate nurses, external students and Monash University GP programs.  

Victorian School Building Authority

Manorvale Primary School, Kurunjang & Whittlesea Secondary Colleges

PCMG was appointed to provide quantity surveying services for another VSBA bundle. The project involves 3 schools with new and modernising of facilities within the school’s campus such as new administration, library, technology, STEAM precinct, arts, science buildings, oval, fitness center, amenities and associated external works. 

Department of Energy, Environments and Climate Action

Mount Rowan Level 3 Incident Control Centre & Depot

Value Management and Cost Management Service was provided for a new state-of-the-art L3 Incident Control Centre in Ballarat region to improve the community ability to respond to fires, floods and other incidents. The facility is led by an Incident Management Team (IMT) composed of various agencies like the State Emergency Services (SES), Victoria Police, Country Fire Authority (CFA), Forest Fire Management (FFM). The Project was delivery in time, just before the Grampian Fire in 2024. 

Victorian School Building Authority

Ashwood School, Dandenong Valley Special development School & Kambrya College

Full cost management services was provided for the bundled delivery of 3 education infrastructure projects.  All three schools were delivered early & on time and on budget adopting a combination of Lump Sum & Design & Construct (D&C) procurement strategies & despite the cost escalation and limited resources available in the market. The schools support students with disabilities – were designed with inclusive sensory and supportive environment. 

Victoria Police

Melbourne East Police Station

Award-winning project recognised by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor (RICS) for the Quantity Surveying Team of the Year 2020 Australia. The team were engaged to provide full cost management services for a new state-of-the-art police station on Bourke Street. The facility includes a new facade complete with awning, and upper-levels housing modern administrative and training facilities.

Victoria Police

Capability Development Division Building

The team provide full cost management services for an new innovative education centre for training police recruits to respond to family violence incidents. The facility is two-storey in Glen Waverley with classrooms, including specialised scenario room for training, meeting rooms, office spaces and associated amenities. The project received High Commendation in the 2020 AIB Professional Excellence in Building and Construction Awards; $1M – $25M Category.

Victoria Police

Altona Police Station

Full Cost Management services for the construction and fit-out of a new, two-level, 24hr Police Station in Altona. The station is 2,800m2 comprises of Uniform branch, Crime Investigation Unit, Suspect Interview and Holding Facility, Highway Patrol Crime Scene Unit, Special Task Force unit and Executive Management. 

Overnewton Anglican Community College

Yirramboi Campus, Keilor

Full cost management services for the middle school campus which includes a comprehensive masterplan with of seven stages of development across ten years. The project was recognised as the following: 

– Winner for the Learning Environments Australasia Awards 2022 for New Facility, 

– Honourable Mention (Category Runner Up) – International 2022 Inde Awards &

– Commendation – 2022 Learning Environments Australasia, Victorian and Tasmanian Chapter Awards, for Excellence in Education Facility Design 

 

Overnewton Anglican Community College

Taylors Lakes Campus

Full Cost Management services for the construction of a single-storey building to accommodate 432 students in Years Prep, 1 & 2 with integration with a planned refurbishment of the existing middle school building to accommodate 288 students in Years 3 & 4. 

Maroondah City Council

Devon Street Commercial tendency & Multi-Deck Carpark

Full Cost Management Service procure via a Design & Construct contract. The facility demolition, service infrastructure upgrade, 1,400m2 commercial tenancy, main entrance and lobby, way finding, pedestrian access from local transport hubs including Croydon Train Station and Bus Depot, ESD initiatives including solar power and rainwater collection, car charging points, operational support facilities, lift and accessible facilities. 

 

University of Melbourne

Bio21 Stage 2A & 2C

The team provided cost planning services from inception to completion. 

Stage 2A: Western Precinct (Bio21 Institute and Veterinary Science) school campus. The new facility is approx. 5,100m2, four-storey of research labortories and office spaces, collaborative shared spaces. Facilities for clinical disciplines of pharmacology and therapeutics, diagnostic imaging and clinical pathology.  

Stage 2C: Development to meet PC2 laboratory requirements, construction of a new three-storey mass timber laboratory building in Parkville. New microscopy facility is a preservation of heritage-listed building and major infrastructure services upgrade. 

Monash University

Faculty of Information Technology

Cost Management Services was provided for Building 63 Refurbishment Project. The project comprises of new meeting, focus, consultation, research, offices, lounge, conference, student services and event rooms and spaces or student and staff. Facade improvement to the south face wings, modernised Student Services connection points, new workstations and specialist equipment and finishes are delivered.

Victorian Health Building Authority

Westside Lodge Dual Diagnosis Unit Expansion

PCMG provided full cost management services for the VHBA. It is a rehabilitation facility at Sunshine Hospital in St Albans to assist support members of the community recovering from drug and alcohol use and mental ill health. 

National Library of Australia

National Library Modifications and Upgrade

Our Team worked closely with National Library of Australia to identify modifications and upgrade works to all interior and exterior spaces, including parking, stairways, doors, platform elevators, joinery and fittings to ensure design solutions that are effective and represent value for money.
